European Youth Chess Championship 2023

The European Youth Chess Championship 2023 will be held in Mamaia, Romania, between 04 (arrival) – 15 (departure) September 2023.

The European Chess Union (ECU), the Romanian Chess Federation and the Universul Chess Club invite all National Chess Federations of ECU to participate at European Youth Chess Championship 2023 to be held in Mamaia, Romania, between 04 (arrival) – 15 (departure) September 2023.

The event will be played in 6 age categories U8, U10, U12, U14, U16 and U18, open and girls sections separately, in 9 rounds, swiss system.

The time rate will be 90 minutes with an increment of 30 seconds per move, starting from move one.
